Altimetry and soil type – Limestone and marnes medium hill, with sands, 240
m. above sea level
Vinification, Refinement – Maceration on the skins on selected yeasts for about
8/10 days at cntrolled temperature. After the maceration, fermentation continues
in stainless steel vats. At the end of the fermentation, the products continues to
refine in stainless steel vats. After the ageing period, the wines goes in bottles
before to release.
Tasting – Intense ruby red clear color with violet reflections. Bouquet of
redberries. Smooth and elegants tannins, in a good structure and complexity.
